Shipping Policy
Here's exactly what to expect after you place an order — how fast we process it, how it ships, when it arrives, and what we'll do if anything goes wrong along the way.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after our daily cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, the weight and size of your items, and the speed you select. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $39 — including military and U.S. territory addresses. International orders are charged shipping calculated at checkout. Any applicable taxes are also shown before you pay.
Delivery Times
Once your order ships, estimated delivery windows are:
- Standard shipping: typically 3–7 business days in transit after processing.
- Expedited shipping: typically 2–3 business days, where available, selected at checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees — actual transit time depends on the carrier, your location, and conditions outside our control such as weather or carrier delays. Split shipments from different warehouses may arrive on different schedules.
Where We Ship
We ship to:
- The United States — all 50 states.
- U.S. military addresses — APO, FPO, and DPO.
- U.S. territories — including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and others.
- International destinations.
Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout once you enter your address. If you don't see your country at checkout, contact us and we'll let you know whether we can accommodate the order.
Carriers & Tracking
We ship through trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selecting the best option for your package and destination. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking to begin updating.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it's in the carrier's hands, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to reshipment costs. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away — if the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to correct it.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
Every order is packed carefully to arrive in the same condition it left us. If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you can't locate it, contact us as soon as possible — keep all packaging and take photos of any damage. We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.
